Susannah Rockman has 11 years experience designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions. In her current role as Learning Technology Consultant for Humana, Inc. Susannah's focus is all things technology: eLearning, online synchronous/asynchronous learning, implementing a learning technology strategy, and researching new technologies to bring to her organization. She has an undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from University of Florida (Go Gators!) and a Master's in Applied Linguistics from Georgia State University. Susannah currently serves as President Elect for the South Central Wisconsin chapter of ASTD.
Jill Gessler has 16 years of experience in the corporate training field including the design, development and implementation of eLearning courses and Learning Management System (LMS) administration. In her most recent role as a Learning Consultant at CUNA Mutual Group, she developed eLearning courses and provided customer support for the corporate LearnCenter (LMS) and web-based training development tools. In 2009, she presented a seminar on WBT Course Lifecycle Management at the national LMS conference for Learn.com. Jill has a B.S. in Marketing and enjoys discovering new ways to leverage technology for training in the workplace. She is currently running for VP of Administration for the South Central Wisconsin chapter of ASTD.
